WetFire Tinder is a Lightweight Camping Outdoor Survival Product That Rocks!
If you are going camping, hiking or backpacking you want to be prepared.
I've heard many horror stories about people not having the right items with them for survival. Fortunately, I grew up in a house where camping and hiking in the woods was a weekly thing.
Today, you have so many different survival tools to choose from that it can be confusing.
I've done a lot of the hard work for you by looking through a ton of products to find the ones that are not only highly rated, but actually can help you in a bad situation. For example, this lightweight tinder you see in the picture is able to withstand the worst conditions possible and stay lit. This is a "must have item" for you when you are out in the woods. Most importantly, this product has a 5-year shelf life.
Portable Power Station Explorer 160, 167Wh Lithium Battery Solar Generator
If you're going camping, you might need a quiet generator to get you through. And this Jackery Portable Power Station is outstanding!
This is one beautifully made and constructed power station, that will help you keep things running smooth as silk.
I've owned a couple of generators, and you have to do your research and there are times that you get what you pay for, and I've found this to be true more times than not.
This is a great generator because of the company behind it and with this generator you get what you pay for. You can buy cheaper ones, and that's just what you'll get CHEAP! When you are out in the wilderness, you need something dependable, and that's where JACKERY's Portable Power Station can outshine the others.
How to Stay Alive in the Woods: A Complete Guide to Food, Shelter and Self-Preservation Anywhere
It's always wise to carry a book with you about how to survive in the woods when you are out hiking, camping, or backpacking.
There have been countless people who thought they would never need a book like this, but it's better to be safe, than sorry.
Let's face it, you can never know enough. I've been camping and hiking all my life and I read books like this and I even study guides on edible plants and herbs.
Why? Because the learning never stops, and you will be the smart one, who has this book with you out in the woods. In fact, this book teaches you what plants you can eat and how to catch game without using a a gun. This book is vital for anyone who wants to come out of the woods alive.
Pocket Chainsaw 36 Inch Long Chain Best Compact Folding Hand Saw Tool
I love the great outdoors, and my whole family grew up out in the country. I started camping and hiking in the woods as a kid.
Today, if you go way out into nowhere land, where you are not too familiar with the woods, you need the right tools. People die because they are not prepared and they don't have the right knowledge or tools.
You don't have to be another statistic like the others who perished, because they weren't prepared. I use to cut up trees with my grandfather and we used chainsaws. A chainsaw can really get the job done right with the right brand.
It was a lot of fun back then using a chainsaw, and it's still fun today, but carrying a chainsaw with you while hiking is obviously not going to work, so that's where a nice gadget like the "Pocket Chainsaw by Sportsman Industries" comes into play. This is another "MUST HAVE" item, if you go camping in the woods. I cannot over emphasize this enough, you've got to have this tool, because you will need it! Not every limb or branch in the woods can be easily cut or snapped. Learn all you can about the woods you will be entering and what kind of trees will be there, so you know what you're getting yourself into.
Outdoor Camping Multitool Axe Fold-able, 16 in 1 Lightweight
Now here is a totally awesome tool to have while you're in the woods. Back in the 70s and 80s when I did a lot of camping and hiking, I really could have used this.
I had a hunting knife, pocket knife and a small hatchet. I did well with what I had back then, but holy smokes this tool would have kicked serious butt.
Here's why. Whatever we did, we used certain tools and knives, and we had to lug all of those items around with us. To have just one tool like this one would have been pure heaven. The key here is to travel light, and that was not easy to do back in the day.
You get a wire cutter, hatchet, fish descaler, bottle opener, emergency hammer, hammer, knife and saw. Is that everything? Nope, there's more...you get all kinds of other little tools like a Philips screwdriver, assorted hex wrench and so on. Get this tool for yourself or give this as a gift. Whoever gets this gift will be using it!
LifeStraw Personal Water Filter is INCREDIBLE!
When I was camping and hiking back in the 70s and 80s, which was when I learned a ton about survival, I had to always boil my water.
Once in a while, I would find a nice clear stream, but today, you don't want to take any chances, because you never know what's in the water today.
Which brings me to this fantastic survival product called the LifeStraw Personal Water Filter. If you are going to be camping outdoors and you don't have this item, you are at a major disadvantage.
You are not always going to have the time to sit down and boil some water, so this personal water filter will get your thirst quenched and then you can be on your merry way. Why should you buy this? It's light weight and it can filter 1,000 Gallons into clean and safe drinking water. How do you like them apples?
Go Time Gear Life Tent Emergency Survival Shelter – 2 Person Emergency Tent
As a person who has been camping and fishing most of my life, I would have killed for something like this back in the day. In the 70s and 80s when I was camping outdoors a lot with friends and in Boy Scouts, our packs were not light.
In fact, it took a while to get everything set up, not because we had not done it thousands of times, but because of the equipment and tools we had.
The sleeping bags and tents were not in small, light weight bags back then. I got one hell of a workout, but as you get older, it's nice to know there are products like the "Go Time Gear Life Tent Emergency Survival Shelter's" you can buy online. If you are going into the wilderness, make sure you buy one or two of these, because they are compact, light weight, and the set up is easy and fast. This also makes a great gift!
Vijoly Emergency Sleeping Bag is AMAZING!
Along with having a light weight tent, you'll need a light weight sleeping bag as well. This is waterproof with a thermal blanket. When I first started camping nothing like this existed or if it did, I sure did not know about it.
Maybe the elite and wealthy had something like this a long time ago...who knows?
Anyways, this is a product, I would not go without if I was camping in the wilderness today. This is one of the most important survival items you can be carrying with you. To say this is ESSENTIAL is an understatement.
Many people who have died in the wilderness, did not have the right gear to keep them from getting wet or freezing to death. I had a friend I was camping with back in the early 80s, that had a close call. It rained hard and his body and feet got wet. He got out of his clothes, but even the blanket he had was not good enough. He was lucky, but you might not be. Buy this for yourself or give it as a gift!
RunningSnail Emergency Hand Crank Self Powered AM/FM Radio
I was friends with a guy back in the mid 90s who made his own crank flashlight and he wanted to get it out on the market to sell.
He had a good idea back then, and I don't know whatever happened to him, but when I saw that there was an Emergency Hand Crank Self Powered AM/FM & NOAA weather radio, I was blown away.
The picture you see is an upgraded version, and I think this is a great concept and I like that you have to crank it. If you have kids, and you're out camping in the woods, this will give them something to do that is useful.
Not to mention, this is just brilliant as a product that does not need batteries. In the past, before all the cool stuff we have to today, I had to use batteries when I was out camping or hiking. But now, those days, thank goodness are gone! And don't forget, this would make a great gift for anyone, because you can even use this when the electricity goes out in your house. Now that's awesome!
Surviveware Large First Aid Kit & Added Mini Kit is Superb!
When it comes to first aid kits are you confused? Do you look at one kit and then find another better one?
It's a nightmare finding a good QUALITY outdoors first aid kit. I am not impressed with what I've found online. In fact, over the years, I made my own, because the kits online were a joke.
Now here's the good news. I found the Surviveware Large First Aid Kit & Added Mini Kit, because I needed one for myself, that for once, I did not have to make. I looked all over and FINALLY found this kit. It has the best supplies and it comes with a strong bag that is water resistant.
They have everything clearly labeled and it looks amazing. This is probably the best kit on the market as of this writing, that I could find, and it will be a while before a company comes out with a better one. The company Surviveware out did themselves on this kit. I would guess that they looked at all the other crap kits on the market and said, "WE CAN DO BETTER" and they did!
