As you look around online for the best hangover pills or in this case the top hangover pills, you'll have tons of choices and it's really confusing for the consumer.
I've tried some hangover cures in the past and most don't work. Remember the one where you need to drink cans of tomato juice. Yeah, my buddy back in the mid 90s use to do that, and that is not a winner.
One thing me and buddy did do after a crazy night out, where we got home at 5am, was to come home and sleep until noon. Next, since we had a gym membership, we would go to the sauna and sweat the toxins out. Believe it or not, that did help.
Fast forward to today, and we've got review sites out the yin yang. And they all vote for their favorite hangover prevention or cure. Now keep in mind, these are review sites, that are trying to pick the best product for you to buy. I'm not saying they are useless sites, but you have to dig deeper.
In fact, you have to look at every freaking site you can, just to get an idea of what people are buying. Now here's where it gets tricky. I can tell you something that worked for me, but it might not work for you. Why? Because we all have different bodies, and what works for one person may not work for another.
When I see tons of reviews ranting and raving about a hangover cure, it might be good and it might not be. Let's face it, companies can get reviews, and they know how to get them. That's all I'm going to say about that, but I think you know where I'm coming from.
Why listen to me?
I use to study herbal medicine in the early 90s and I use to work for GNC, and at the time, I would not tell people about the GNC products, I would tell them about the other companies like Nature's Way, that had better herbal products. Well, I got in trouble for that, and I ended up quitting.
I know herbal medicine can be very effective. I have used it myself for many years. Many of these hangover herbal, vitamin and mineral cures, say that they have the best product, but my question is this: HOW WAS IT PROCESSED?
If you could go to the manufacturer of any one of these companies that sell online, you would want to see how it's made. Is it a cold process or a heat process? Obviously, cold-processed is the way to go. Also, you don't want herbal pills that have been sitting in some warehouse for a long time, that are now ineffective and dead.
Another thing is when you are out drinking make sure you have a cup or glass of good water, not tap water. This will help keep you hydrated, while you're drinking. If you are not drinking any water at all, you will be in hell the next day.
After looking into all kinds of hangover cures, I found one product that stands out. I'm not saying this is going to work for anyone, but as I looked at all the others, they were all missing vital elements and many people have said they were a waste of money.
If I was to pick one it would be FLYBY RECOVERY.
"Our flagship product is Flyby Recovery, a pill formulated to help you bounce back after a night of drinking. It utilizes our proprietary DHM extract which has a UCLA-backed study published in the Journal of Neuroscience" ― Eddie Huai
FLYBY has some excellent ingredients, that can certainly be effective. I would add some Nature's Way Turmeric and Ginger capsules. Both of these herbs are super powerful and great for removing toxins. Not too many sites will even tell you this, but I'm into herbs, so I'm saying it. Again, make sure you drink some top of the line bottled water with these herbal capsules.
The biggest mistake drinkers make is not drinking water, while they are drinking, and not using brand name herbal capsules, like Nature's Way. I am biased towards Nature's Way, because I've been using them since the 90s, and until, I see a company, that takes the care that Nature's Way does to properly process their herbs, I'm going to wait and keep using Nature's Way.
